cborjon, thanks for the testing - I checked into and you unfortunately encountered an issue we fixed and resolved for our NT7 version, there's currently no fix for NT 6.5 in this situation, I believe a TS earlier than the 8.7 should work as expected here.

The updating of the chart is likely the sessions selected, please try for example the Default 24 / 7 template we provide (selectable in the Format Data Series box on the right side for the chart).

Please contact the TPO chart vendor, I think they already offer a NT7 version of it.
