Auto Trader - Stop Entry Order?

I am manually trading a strategy that enters the market through stop orders that are placed 1 tick above(buy)/below(sell) the relevant signal bar. I believe that this system can be automated for NinjaTrader, however, I am not sure if the AutoTrader can enter trades on a stop.

Is this possible, or does the AT only enter with market or limit orders?
