Hello,
The horizontal line jumps up and down like crazy with every tick on inactive chart/s. It is really annoying and I'm sorry to write this... The active chart is the chart where my mouse/focus currently is. Inactive chart-the chart next to my main chart. I use gch on all my charts.

Are you refering to the vertical line or is this a horizontal line, I do not get a horizontal line from the global cross hair on my system only a vertical line. Is it possible this line is coming from an indicator?

Any way of providing a screenshot of how this looks so that I may further assist?

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
