Connecting to IB

Hi,

I am looking at using IB as a broker, but I don't understand how to connect to IB through Ninja. I found the instructions to connect to IB, but the bit about "follow the instructions in the Connection wizard" lost me. IB is not an option in the drop down list of account providers in my version. The only options I have are Barchart, Esignal, Gain, IQFeed, OpenTick, Yahoo and Zen-Fire.

I am only running in sim at the moment and don't have a live account. My version of Ninja is 6.5.1000.15. What do I have to do to get IB provider list in the Account Options dialog?
