US Stocks Intraday Data

Hello fellow traders,

I wonder if anybody has come across a good resource on the web for intraday equities data. Looks like most people here toy with FX/futures, and I've got that stuff off disktrading myself, but equities are much harder (and pricier) to find. I'm looking for intraday data on US stocks going back ~10 years, I'd be fine with granularity of 1hr, but I wouldn't like to pay more than $20 for one symbol.

Has anyone had experience with Price-Data dataset for S&P-500? (http://www.grainmarketresearch.com/spx_stocks.cfm) They offer 15 years of intraday data for $1,000, is that worth the money?
