NT 6.5.1000.15: Unable to create instance of 'NinjaTrader.Indicator.xxx'

For all standard indicators starting with @ i got following error message

07.05.2010 14:56:01|3|4|Unable to create instance of 'NinjaTrader.Indicator.CanvasIndicator'. Most likely there is no default constructor defined, or the default constructor does not work correctly: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

I have done following steps to repair

• repair db
• close NT
• remove all files in directory NinjaTrader 6.5\cache
• remove all files in directory NinjaTrader 6.5\bin\Custom\tmp
• start NT
• load a indicator and build

I have done the steps once more, now it is working.
Do you know the problem ?
