Program freezes before starting

Just recently my NT has been very weird. I have hard time getting it going. It'll open up and just freeze up all the time. I have uninstalled it many times, but still same thing. I've deleted all of NT files, but still I'm it freezes most of the time. I say most because sometimes it works.
Once it gets going all is fine. However, most of the time, before it loads everything It freezes so I can't even connect or move the window. I have tried different versions and they were all same. Help..

I would like to take a look at the Log & Trace files from your installation of NinjaTrader 7. Please send these in a note to Support AT ninjatrader DOT com.

You can find these in the My Documents section at the folder path:
1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt

Please also include in your note if you have applied any custom indicators &/or the steps you followed that generates this “freezing” so that I can attempt to reproduce the issue on my end.
