close position not working

Hi,

When there are multiple positions open and I right click on the position that I want to close (in the position tab) and click "close position" nothing happens. However, if there is only one position open, right clicking and hitting close position does work. Why doesn't it work to close one position when there are many open?
clicking flatten everything works too.
I'm using NT 7, is this a bug?

Hello werido,

Can you please tell me what exact version you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About. Make sure you have version 7.0.0.15 installed.

I tested it on my end, however positions were closed when I had multiple positions opened using the steps you describe.

If the issue persists using the latest version on your end, please provide me the steps you take so I can test it on my end. Tell me to what connectivity provider you connect, what instruments you trade, etc.

ok, thanks. I was hovering the mouse over the position and that's when right clicking and clicking close wouldn't work. But when I first click the position so that it's highlighted then hover over it and right click it does work.
