loading Opentick historical data

Hi,

I've been trying to load historical intraday data for the YM 08 07 contract but have not been successful in doing so. I either get a blank chart or an error saying "Error on loading chart data". It does however load the current contract's chart.

Other pertinent info: I have already set up an account with OpenTick and my NT platform shows that i am connected.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you for your post.

Please select the YM 06-07 as the previous YM contract as opposed to the YM 08-07 contract.

Do you now receive data?

Thanks for the quick response. I've changed the contract as you suggested but still no data. The chart is still blank. Havent received an error message though.

Please let me know the exact specs you are entering in the Format Data series window.

I was able to connect to my Open Tick account and select a new chart for the YM 06-07 contract and request data from May 1st to May 15th.

Ahh, Just realized I wasn't using the correct format data series. As soon as i corrected it, the chart loaded up just fine. Thanks for the speedy response Ryan.
