    Hello,

    Prior to a complete uninstallation can you please reboot your PC and only open NinjaTrader then test. Just wondering if there is another application running on your PC that is interfering with NinjaTrader in some manner.

      no, tried them all, always reboot - uninstall-reboot- install-reboot.

      no other applications running, and i killed all non-windows process in taskmanager.

        I suggest a clean installation of NinjaTrader however you can create a Backup to save settings, Workspaces, etc.

        First please create a backup of your files by going to File-->Utilities-->Backup.

        Next please follow the steps listed below to completely uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader:
        • Close all running applications.
        • Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.
        • From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 6.5 and click Remove.
        • Then manually delete the folder "NinjaTrader 6.5" located under Start --> My Documents.
        • Delete any NinjaTrader installation files. This can be done by going to Start --> My Computer --> Search button --> search for (NinjaTrader*) --> select Local C Disk and then press search. Do NOT delete the NinjaTrader Backup folder.
        • Then you will need to clear your internet browser cache and history. You will clear this from within your internet browser (with IE, Tools-->Options, delete cookies and files, clear history).
        • Reboot your machine.
        • Once these steps are completed, download NT6.5 from the link below:

        After reinstalling NinjaTrader please test and if the issue is resolved you may restore NinjaTrader by going to File-->Utilities-->Restore

            When creating a connection to Gain for the demo account you will want to select Demo from the drop down menu next to Mode:. With Demo selected you will not be required to enter a username and password for the connection.

              Hello,

              After i tried to use another mouse, Totally fresh reinstall(after install alll are blank).

              Back to normal problem.

              So what's next step?

              Like i said, it used to after left click, it will stay in that modification mode, i can move the line until i left click mouse.

              This issue simply drop that line and goes back to original position within 1-2 seconds, I have to move mouse extremely fast to change the limit order, which is very dangerous when trading Live account.....

              someone gotta find a solution to this. its some coding issue for sure in windows vista and ninjatrader.

                Do you have another PC available by any chance? If so can you please load NinjaTrader on the other PC and let me know if you are reproduce the issue.

                  no, only one 1 pc...

                  so you know that I tested moving the order Up/Down on DOM, its ok. just on the chart, its not normal.
