ninja 7 and zenfire

I am on my laptop and loaded .15 of ninja 7. It says connected to zenfire but no matter how hard i try i cant get a chart to load. It opens but no data. i tried downlaod ect. I have a functional dom but cant get a chart to load. Any help??

Hello Tim,

Can you please check if historical data is enabled as per the Zen-Fire connection. Please go to Tools-->Account Connections, highlight your Zen-Fire connection and click Change. Click Next and check if historical data is enabled.

If the issue persists, please disconnect and re-connect to Zen-Fire and create a new chart. If no historical data is loaded, please check the Log-tab for any error messages.

Please let me know what instrument and interval is selected in the chart.
