Volume bars for FX Futures from IB

Hi,

I am trying to set up some charts with volume bars for Euro FX Futures but the chart remains blank. Is there something wrong? I tried doing it with the S&P500 futures and it seems to be working but there is no historical data. It seems to be displaying only current volume. Is there a way how to get historical volume data from IB?

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately Interactive Brokers does not provide historical tick data at this time within NinjaTrader which is used when building Tick, Volume, Second and Range bars. When creating a Volume chart bars will only be created when connected and no historical data will be available.
