Lifetime License Payments

Concerning the above installment plan with Pay-Pal.

It appears the installment plan for my lifetime license was cancelled midstream. ( Two paid, two remaining)

I, however, did not cancel this plan.


How do I proceed where I left off?

I have an email inquiry with Pay-Pal also.

It is best on billing inquiries to send a note to sales at ninjatrader dot com so that they can look up your information. If you wouldnt mind can you please copy your inquiry and send this to sales at ninjatrader dot com and they will get you squared away.

License Key

Hi,

I got problem with License Key: I bought lifetime licenses (995$). When I run NT, I see only SIMULATED TRADING?!
My Key starts @SIM- ...... is that correct?

Hi,

That license you reference would be for simulated trading only. What you will want to do is send an email to sales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. If you mention the email address you used to purchase we can then provide you with the Live Edition License which enables live trading.
