Lost data feed

Hi
I just noticed data feed stop working
dom was not moving nor charts
Control Center , bottom left green light was showing connected
Using zen with Mirus.
I disconnected and reconnected and that fixed problem, this is a first.
Any idea's? All other systems I use were fine, my internet connection never went down.

Very Strange.

We would need to take a look at your trace files to see what occured. Is it possible that you had an extreamly short internet disconnection or are you on a wireless network?

Can you please send me your trace files for today so that I may further assist, please send them in an email to support at ninjatrader dot com and put ATTN: Brett and reference this forum post.

You can find these files at the following locations, please attach these to a return email:

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20100429 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.201004029 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
