Stop limit orders

hi

Most of my orders are stop limit buy or sell orders and have worked out fine. A couple of times though after entering a stop limit and before being filled canceled the order. Price has come back filled my order even though canceled. I talked to broker and no help.This is trading CL

We can review those files for the order entries you mention.

The trace and log files are found at the following locations:

Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt
