    Can't Connect To Mirus

    I don't seem to be able to connect to Mirus/ZenFire. I did get the warnings about upgrading and I'm using 7.0.0.14. Last night I couldn't even log onto their website so I'm wondering if the problem is on their end. I'm using their demo account. Any info would be appreciated.

    Hi Joe,

    What is the error message you're getting? It could be your demo account expired.

      Hi Vincent,

      Thanks for the speedy response. The message is "Login Failed. Please Check Account Connection Parameters And Internet Connection." Though it's probably what you suggest, demo account expired. I just assumed I would have gotten some sort of message warning me about a pending expiration. Will try approaching the problem from that perspective.

        Joe,

        Yep, this message pops up when a Zen-Fire demo account has expired. Can you please contact your broker and confirm this with them. We don't have any control over this.
