Dear god please help....pivots issue

Alright, I finally decided to come to the forums and ask for help. I've been messing with trying to get pivots to work correctly for the last 2 weeks and have reached my whits end.

Trying to set daily and weekly pivots, in the session manager under forex I have it set to 5pm -5pm for Sunday through Friday and set to EST. I live in PST and have tried to set it to 2pm-2pm and PST still no go.

In the data series I have made sure to set the session template to forex.

Finally under the pivot indicator I have it set to daily, dailybars, bars to look back - infinite.

It doesn't seem to matter what I change any of these setting to they still plot completely wrong, I mean way off, currently daily pivot is 80 points off.

Ac1d27, thanks for reporting, we applied a fix already for the Pivots indicator for the next beta round, please recheck your issue then, I believe it should be corrected.

I have coded a SessionPivots indicator, which is below, and as far I have tested it, it works well for FOREX.

Just one remark: I saw that you had set your pivots indicator to DailyBars. If you use a datafeed, such as Zenfire, which does not include daily data, you need to set the indicator to CalcFromIntraDayData. Otherwise it will display nonsense.
