Tick Charts won't load

My tick charts for NQ won't load today. TF didn't seem to be a problem but when I switched symbols, having trouble. I disconnected and reconnected, and also tried opening a new chart. Neither of these have worked.

Thank you for your note.

1.) Which data provider are you using with NinjaTrader?

2.) Do you receive an error message when trying to load a tick chart of NQ? If so, what does the message report?

3.) Lastly, please open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace) then add a new tick chart of NQ there within. In this new workspace, do you see the same occur or does the data load?

I am having same problems. Nothing will ever load. I am using 6.5 and it just sits there. If I try ninja 7, it gives me an error message that the server is busy. This has been going on since late Friday.

Please try a new workspace on your end as well.

Also, please provide me with the complete text of the error message you are receiving.
