No historical data or MA's

I'm using Gain for a datafeed and just got NT working yesterday. I cannot pull any historical data for charting from the Format Data Series menu beyond yesterday. Also, I'm using several MA's and if I open a 120min chart the MA's disappear, but if I open one of the preset time periods ie. 1 min., 15 min, 60 min. the MA's appear. Any suggestions on why the MA's disappear on the longer time period charts and why I cannot pull any historical data?

If you are able to view a moving average on 1 minute but not 120 minute chart, then this is likely because there are less bars to calculate on a 120 minute time frame.

Using Gain for historical data it is expected to only view the last couple days. NinjaTrader records the data from the Gain feed and offers it as a courtesy to our clients. You can view additional data by selecting "Use NinjaTrader" for historical data.

Click Tools > Account Connections. Highlight the Gain connection and click Change. Set the historical data as NinjaTrader and you should be able to view more.

Thanks Ryan, the change in historical data to NT servers did the trick.
