Cant chart EUR/GBP from Zen-Fire

I thought that any symbols which are available on exchange provided by ZF are available.

I tried to chart RP (Globex for EUR/GBP) and got - server doesnt support the symbol.

Where can I find precise list of what is supported and what is not (for ZF) ?

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately we do not have a list available of the instruments that have historical data recorded. Since historical data is not recorded for RP you will only have access to real time data and bars will only be built while connected to Zen-Fire.

I am connected in real time. I am trying RP and it doesnt work

Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center? I have a price of 0.88 X 0.88 and a Last price of 0.87. The chart will not update until a transaction has occurred.

OK. I tried charts before and now I opened DOM and there are depths and spread. It seems it works.

Perhaps there is a glitch in NT7B14 - the message which made me belive RP isnt working (see the picture attached)

Yes, this is an expected error message. This message is being generated because no historical data is available when creating the chart.
