    Disconnected from server

    Hi

    I am using MB trading data with your software. I seem to get the Disconnected from quote server (prc10) message more often than I would like. It has not happened during a trade, but it makes me uneasy. Is this just a problem with MB Trading's data feed? Could it be a problem with my internet connection? (although I have other programs up that are not disconnecting) Is there any way to manually have NT reconnect or do I just have to wait for it to reconnect on it's own?

    I am using version 6.0.1000.4

    I am not for certain why the disconnects are occuring with MB Trading.

    If you would like to pursue the inquiry, I would be happy to help.

    Can you send me your log files to support at ninjatrader dot com and put For Ryan in the subject line.

    I can review the logs for errors and we can put together a solution on how to improve your connectivity to MB Trading.

    When this does occur, you can manually re-connect NinjaTrader. Go to File > Disconnect > your user defined account for MB Trading and then re-connect.
