Bad data being entered into chart ruining scaling

Thank you for your forum post.
The picture indicates that you recieved a bad tick. Please enable the bad tick filter to see if this will resolve the issue. Also, what data feed provider are you connected too?
Enabling the bad tick filter can be done by going to the Control Center->Tools->Options->Data Tab.

Hello,
Yes this will work moving forward on realtime data. If you need to reload the historical data from the TD Ameritrade servers pleae delete all the data for the instrument and request the data agian by pulling the chart up.
Delete Historical Data:
Control Center->Tools->Historical Data->Delete, make sure to delete the days that have the incorrect tick.
Now right click on the chart and select format data series and increase the range settings to go far enough back to reload the data. Then if it hasnt happened already right click on the chart and select Reload Historical Data.
