why all the indicators get scrunched up?

Welcome to our forums!

The reason you're seeing this as you told it to draw arrows at the value of 1.

To resolve from the condition builder, change the Y value for the DrawArrow action. Set it to Price Data -> High and offset 1 or 2 ticks.
