Missing/bad data ?

I am using Ninja with Zen from Amp and I am missing almost all data from Friday? I tried database repair reload data and no luck. Any suggestion. For example the ES shows closed 1201.75 and opens Sunday 1186, not right. I checked properties settings and those are correct. Please advise.

I am missing all of Friday's data for all Eurex contracts. I am using Zen-fire. Although all my other charts (ES,ZN Etc.) seem fine.

Missing data

I have had this issue with Zen-Fire since yesterday, on both NT 6.5 & NT7, tried db repair, clock resync, etc, with no luck, still missing the data from thursday afternoon thru friday evening.

It may be a server issue with the historical data. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Hi guys, sorry for our late reply - there were unfortunately data server issues on Friday causing this, those should be corrected.

Hi,

What version are you using? There was an issue at the open on Sunday where data wasn't recorded for a few hours for NT7.

If you are on V6.5, check if you have set 'Exclude weekend' set to False under the chart properties.
