Account performance query

Hi,
There's a good chance im being terribly stupid, but i cant make sense of my account performance.
Im on sim using 6.5

Account performance - Periods - Daily

Today I lost 255.90
If i select 15/04/2010 - 15/04/2010 (just today)then the net pnl is
correctly -255.90

If i then select 14/04/2010 - 15/04/2010 (yesterday to today)
it shows yesterdays pnl as +319.59 (correct) and todays still as -255.90(correct).

Fine so far

However, if i go back another day and select 13/04/2010 - 15/04/2010, all of the numbers change.
Todays correct -255.90 becomes -1093, yesterdays +319.59 becomes +694.59.

Am i being incredibly stupid. lol?

Thank you for your post.

If you change the Group Trades by ATM Strategy parameter does it make a difference how the PnL is calculated. Also, if you look at the Advanced Options you can see if there were particular ATM strategies you used, or instruments you traded.

Changing the group trades by atm parameter doesn't fix it.

Im not entirely sure what you mean by your other suggestion..?...
I know that you can select instruments etc, but that wouldn't explain whats happening would it, as the selection remains constant through the dates selected?

individually it works fine.
so 15/04/2010 - 15/04/2010 is correct
14/04/2010 - 14/04/2010 is correct
13/04/2010 - 13/04/2010 is correct

but if i select 13/04/2010 to 15/04/2010 the numbers change.

Hi,

With the report that generates incorrect data can you please provide screenshots of the Trades tab with the Group Trades by ATM strategy checked and unchecked. To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
