    Lost data with Zen Fire

    Zen Fire is unable to fill intraday data after 3/12 Latest data (for all instruments) on my charts are on the close of 3/12 What can I do?

    Hello Sergio66,

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please close NinjaTrader and then sync your PC clock. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

    Then please reset the instruments. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

    Then please create a chart for any of the instruments and make sure you are viewing the correct front month, which is 06-10 for most instruments.
