Will not load

]Have been using Ninja for some time but when I went to load today I got this---An installation package for Ninja 6.5 cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package tmpDCAtmp.

It worked last Friday. I don't mind reinstalling but will I lose all by files? The program seems to be still on my computer

Can you please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com on this issue so that I may further assist. Can you please provide me of a screenshot of this error and reference this forum post. Put in the subject line ATTN: Brett.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
