Problem with OpenTick Historical data

I've been keeping a daily chart of the Russell 2000 emini continuous contract using ER2 ##-## as the instrument. I connect to OpenTick fine, but have not been able to download daily data past 7/19/07, and today is the 24th. Is there a problem I am unaware of?

We are currently working with Open Tick to improve the quality of the datafeed and real time quotes.

There is a known issue that some users have been having trouble displaying real time data within NinjaTrader.

Workaround installed OK, and I connect to OpenTick fine, but I'm still having a problem with the daily chart of ER2 ##-##, last bar shown is 7/19/07. Symbol mapping is ER2|EM for OpenTick. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reporting back. I'm glad to know the work around is being reported back as successful.

We have sent an email to Open Tick in regards to the continuous contracts.

When we know more on why this issue is occuring, we will post in the forum.
