Could someone please explain to me, how to display values for the current day in a chart? I am interested in being able at a glance to see the last, net movement + or -, % change. I know this must be simple, but cannot find it.

Hello,

Go to file>new>chart and you will get the data series format window. Here you can change the Days back field to one and have only one day backfill on your chart. This link may help:

Thank you. Let's say that you have a daily bar chart, displaying 200 days, or a hourly with the last 14 days data, how would you be able post the last price, daily change, percentage change plus other values beneath the tool bar where it can be easily and readily read?

Hi,

Not sure if I follow correctly, but you can't add it beneath the tool bar.

We have a databox available. If you hold down your middle mouse button (scroll wheel), you will see the databox come up. When you hover your mouse, the values in the box will change. Of course hold your middle mouse down when you hover and make sure this is done in the chart window, not outside.

I don't mean to be difficult, but the scroll wheel just gives the values for a given bar. Is there any means of posting the open high low close for the day without going to a daily chart?

You could access prior and current day values via the Current / Prior Day OHL, OHLC indicators.

also, if you have zenfire for futures, you cant get true daily and weekly
