      Hey Ryan

      Did you receive my email?

      I have had at least 1 support staff look at my connection and I believe there is nothing wrong with it.

      I have eSignal Premier subcription with the exchange fees waived.

      One of your other support staff told me "unfortunately the waived bundle is not supported at this time".

          Has this issue been resolved?

          I also subscribe to eSignal Fee Waiver service & cannot trade CL, SI, GC etc through NT

            Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum.

            Unfortunately, these fee-waived instruments are not supported within NinjaTrader currently due to the requirement that '=1' be added to the instruments symbol.

            A change here is on development's list of future considerations, but I have no ETA for implementation.

              The priority of this issue needs to be raised...............5 months further down the track and still no resolution.

              Can we get some indication if/when this will be fixed??

                Thank you for your post.

                This item is currently included as an enhancement going forward and as such has a reference number of 744, and you can use that reference number going forward.

                Presently though with eSignal those types of instrument symbols can not be supported in NinjaTrader.

                An alternative would be a provider such as Kinetick that does support the fee-waiver program with NinjaTrader:

                  It's good to see that it's made the "to-do" list.......

                  I'm locked into eSig as my data feed with my main signal app so Kinetick is not an option at the moment.....guess I'll just have to be patient for a little longer.

                    Hi,

                    I have this exact same issue... What is the status update on this? How do I check reference number 744, which is mentioned in a previous post.

                    Has anyone figured out a work around for this?

                        I am having the same issue with SB, and ZC. The SB is on the ICE exchange.

                        These are not part of the Globex waiver. They do not take in the "=1" Why is there a problem?

                        When I tried to load a strategy on SB, I get the error message " Error on loading chart data for 'SB 10-11 Nybot': Error -105 on requesting bars

                        which is the same error as I get if I try it on the CL, except it says Nymex.

                          This issue has been dragging on from V6.5.
                          Is it likely that the next release of NT7 will address the problem?
                          Using Kinetic is not an option for me because of the trading apps I run & the markets I trade are not available with Kinetic.

                                Hi Matt,

                                The ZC contract would be part of the waiver program since that is part of the CBOT exchange, but for the Sugar contract can you please clarify what symbol you are using to view that data within eSignal's application for the current front month.
