Unable to get CL or QM chart

I'm trying to open a CL chart using IB data but nothing at all shows up. There are no error logs. Do you know what the problem might be?

Hello:

Thank you for your post.

From the NT control Center, go to Tools > Instrument Manager > CL contract from the Available Master Instrument list and choose 'Edit'.

Change the exchange default setting from Globex to NYMEX and click 'OK'.

Then, re-add to your Default instrument list by clicking the '<' button.

You should now be able to receive data for the CL contract from IB.
