Strategy Anaylzer’s “Chart” tab for Multi-Instrument Strategies

I am debugging a multi-instrument strategy by using Strategy Analyzer to backtest the strategy over historical data (and then looking at “Chart” tab, “Orders” tab, Output Window, etc. to try to debug...). My strategy takes signals from one instrument (BarsInProgress = 0) and – depending on the signal – takes a position in either that same instrument, or in another instrument (BarsInProgress = 1).

Can I use Strategy Analyzer’s “Chart” tab to view entries and exits for the second instrument (BarsInProgress = 1)?

I only know how to view entries and exits in the “Charts” tab for the BarsInProgress = 0 instrument ...

Here is the response from NinjaScript support.

No, you cannot do so.

Charts are always primary instrument only. If you want to view the secondary series’ trades swap the series order.
