Chart help for Newbie!

Can anyone help please, I am using AMP and ZEN as my account. When I open a new chart, I only get information going back 24 hours, despite if I ask for say 150 days info.
This happens now on two computers.

It has to be something simple?

Any help gratefully received

• Are you showing as connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center?
• Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
• Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?
• What time interval chart are you attempting to open?
• When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out?
• What instrument and expiry month are you attempting to load?

• What time interval chart are you attempting to open? 15min but have tried all timeframes
• When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out? Can reload, still no other data appears
• What instrument and expiry month are you attempting to load? GBP/USD and I dont have the option to change the Expiry (blanked out)

Basically, everything looks as if it should work, it just isn't coming back with more than 1 day's data. I have also tried logging into 'Gain' Same thing happens.

Unfortunately Zen-Fire only provides Futures data.
