    tick data

from my understanding its that ninja trader 7 can't load historical bid ask data even if I have a subscription with DTN IQ feed( for example, to use market profile or volume delta)

playafh69, according to my info DTN/IQ provides 7 days historical bid / ask data tick backfill.

i know, but ninjatrader is incapable of filling out the bid ask data(like volume delta) unless it's running live.. ie the gomcd indicator

NT7 would allow allow storing of historical stream tick bid / ask data, however the resolution would down to a second thus exact sequence is not available if ticks occur within the same timestamp defined by this granularity.

Does MB Trading also provided futures bid ask data?

            Thank you for your post.

Yes, MB Trading does provide real-time and historical bid/ask data.

Did I read this correctly.....if I subscribe to DTN-IQ, I can get 7 days of back filled Bid/Ask data on my charts using the standard Ninja Bid/Ask indicator?
(and I would not have to use a Gomi Recorder).....

Correct, you would get access to the historical bid / ask series data with DTN IQ (tick charts only) - however the granularity would still be down to 1 second, which I believe is different from GOMI's indicators.

                    Thanks!!

For my trading, a quick look at Cumulative Delta volume should not be be terribly impacted by the "1 second" rule. I care more about volume accumulations at slightly higher time frames, so being able to have Ninja Bid/Ask...(and a modified Bid/Ask delta accumulation) run without a recorder and not disappear when I do something on the chart.....would be a good thing.

                    Thanks....
