    Error Message

    Hi When ever I attempt to import a file I purchased from Vendor it gives the following error message, the vendor states it's NT 6.5, Any thoughts? Thanks Derek

    Hi DerekS,

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please navigate to the location on your PC the error message states and please remove the .zip file. Please move to your desktop and then try re-importing.

      When I follow the location of error message there is no file of that name there.

        Hi,

        Can you send the file that you are importing into NinjaTrader to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so that I can test it on my end.
