automatically draw shaded area to certain period of time everyday?

Let's say I want to draw shadow area or color area different than the original area from 8AM to 10AM everyday.

Is there an indicator can do it?

Actually drawing vertical line would be fine, so i can draw 2 lines for that period...

it works, but it is opposite.
The area supposed to be colored with the color set on the setting is shaded outside of the targeted area.
