unable to reconnect

Hi,

I lost my TT connection (Velocity Futures) and it says:
"Login failed: Fix Server is not able to connect..."

I did a repair and then even reset of my db but nothing helped. What's going on here?

Thank you for your post.

Please remove, repair and recreate the connection to TT.

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

The most important steps are repairing the database, and then restarting NinjaTrader after you removed the connection, and prior to recreating.
