candle gaps

I keep getting gaps between my 1 minute close and open candles through patsystems. is this just because patsystems is slow? thanks

Thank you for your post.

Its possible you have a slow connection to Patsystems and this could be pc specific.

We have had no other reports today of missing/slow data.

What are your pc specs? Specifically, we are looking for processor and RAM specifications.

Can you re-produce this behavior?

Try disconnecting from Pats, shutdown NT and restart the software.

Connect again and test the charting again.

Try testing a few different instruments.
