Indicator compiles, not in list

I'm running ver 6.0.1000.3 and doing the tutorial. I generate the indicator "BarPattern", and it compiles with no errors reported after doing all the steps. When I try to put it on a chart I right click the chart, select "indicators", and it is not on the list.

In the indicator tutorial, you will notice the "Display name" is set to "OpenIsClose". That will be the name that is displayed in the indicator list.
