Hi,
Thank you for your post.
I tested the connection on my end and received the same error message. You can try removing, repairing the database and recreating the connection.
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
- Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
Likely, since I am seeing the same issue it is an issue with the TT connection, and you can try connecting later in the day to see if the issue persists.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service
