Connection Issue with Zenfire

The below conditions are what i've encounter using NT

1. Every time i connect to zenfire, NT will freeze.
2. After a few tried of restarting the platform. I may somewhat connected to Zenfire, but no data shows up in the DOM and the chart just keep loading with a dialog box
3. Awhile later, the log will show that price feed connection lost.

I had tried other versions, rebuilt the computer, disabled everything that seem will interfere the connection, but found no solution for the problem. Weird that there would be occasion where i could connect to zenfire without any problem. However, most of the time, i just couldn't establish a connection with Zenfire.

Does anyone have the same problem as i do or know how to deal with this issue?

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the forum.

You may want to check your anti-virus and firewalls by disabling them and seeing if you are able to connect.

If so, please configure them to allow NinjaTrader and then re-enable. If the issue persists can you please send your log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt
