Issues with charts for S&P500

Hi, I want to open up a S&P 500 chart. I am connected to IB and to yahoo. Only a blank chart shows up on any time frame.

Thank you for your post.

If you connect to only Yahoo and then try to open a chart by choosing Index as type and then searching for the SP500 symbol are you able to bring up a daily chart.

is there a way to get rid of price spikes on SPY on 30 min chart?

Hi,

What you can do is right click on the chart and then select Reload Historical Data to get rid of those price spikes.

Also, you can filter data in real-time.
