    mandatory upgrade for iqfeed/dtn users

    hi

    Iam a user of ninja trader, when i open NT i got this message "mandatory upgrade for iqfeed/dtn users" but couldnt log to ninja trader website to see what that mean.
    so can u please tell what should i do with this, or what that mean?

    Hello esam_jir,

    Thank you for your post.

    If you are currently connecting to DTN/IQFeed within NinjaTrader you may need to upgrade your current version of IQFeed Client software.

    Can you please tell me what version of NinjaTrader you currently have installed by going to Help-->About. If you do not have NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.15 installed please upgrade at the link I have provided below.


    Next please check what version of IQFeed Client software you currently have installed. If you do not have version 4.7.0.9 IQFeed Client software instaled please upgrade at the link I have provided below.

      THX for replay

      I use NT 6.5.1000.15 . but i didnt know how check which version of IQFeed i have, how can i do it?
      also i couldnt open the web pages that u send me. i have 2 computers in both i couldnt open ninja trader web site from last mounth, i dont know why???!

        Start NinjaTrader, connect to your IQFeed account. In your windows system tray (lower right hand corner of your desktop) you can launch the IQFeed Client by double clicking on the "dtn" tray icon. The IQ Connection Manager window will appear. On this window, you will find the "IQ Feed Version" property. If this does not display 4.7.0.9 then you will need to upgrade at the link I have provided below.



        Yes, our website is working correctly and we have not had any reports of being down recently. There may be something on your network blocking access to our sites.

        Please let me know if you have any issues visiting the link I have provided below.

          MY data feed provider is zine fire with mirus futures, so i should do anything with IQfeed?

            If you are currently connecting to Zen-Fire you may disregard this message. This upgrade is only required for IQFeed users.
