Account Performance not = to live account

Hi,
I have an I.B. account and the account performance function on Ninja is not in sync with the live account and therefore miscalculating the various performance indicators. How can I solve this?

Thank you for your post.

Can you please clarify in what capacity the performance reporting is inaccurate. If possible can you please include a screenshot of your Performance report, as well as your Accounts tab. To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
