Zoom out not working

Hello,

I was zooming my charts in some, and now they seem stuck there. The zoom out button is grayed out, and I am no longer able to use it. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your post.

Can you try clicking and dragging the price and time axis to expand the chart.

If the issue persists, try opening a new chart to replace the old one.

Hi Tim,

By clicking and dragging the time/price axis, I'm assuming you mean to grab the corner to expand vertically and horizontally at the same time. If that's the case, it didn't work. Opening a new chart does not work either

Can you please send me a jpeg screenshot so that I can test this on my end?

To send a screenshot press Alt (sometimes Fn key) + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

It appears that you have reached the limit of how far the zoom out feature will allow you to, however, you can manipulate the view of the chart in other ways.

Tim,

Thank you for your help. I was able to compress/decompress the charts by left clicking on the bottom margin and dragging, not right clicking as the help page states. And the zoom out feature is now restored on two of the charts
