Eurex order download not complete

I can not place an order. The following message pops up:
"Eurex order download not complete. Affected Order: ..."
I use a TT connection (broker is Velocity) and my NT6.5 setup has not been changed yesterday. I have already shut down NT and did a restart. I still get the message. So, I need your help.

My broker is also velocity. I'm receiving the same error:

CBOT-A order download not complete. Affected Order: Buy 1 Limit @ 455.5

The rejection error Markus experienced was a native error message, which comes from your broker.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with this error and not sure what it indicates. Please contact your broker for clarification.

In addition, Markus was able to solve the issue by changing the Host IP address; he had two TT connections.

Here's the reply of Velocity:



"The issue is actually 2 pieces…. One being Ninja and the other being the FIX adaptor.

Ninja 7 doesn’t have this problem but isn’t released yet. FIX adaptor version 7.5.3 (in beta testing now) will also resolve the issue while running Ninja 6.5.

For now you’ll need to repair your database and restart Ninja. My apologies for the inconvenience."
