pfg / nt trading issues

i use nt with pfg. when i'm attempting to close out of a position (let's say i'm short 3 forex lots) i'll hit the "close" button. nt will cancel all my active orders and then buy 3 lots at the market. but then nt shows me being LONG 3 lots. so i hit close again and nt shows me being SHORT 3 lots. so i have to call pfg to flatten me. i've had this happen multiple times and it's getting quite frustrating. nt usually tells me "it's a pfg problem. nothing wrong with nt"

has anybody else had these problem?

any solutions?
