Reload button not working

I've got a big gap with my data, and I cant hit reload to fix it.

I've tried restarting NT, etc but nothing's working at the moment..

as I also have the gaps. Missing all of yesterdays data from when I initially logged in (yesterday 3:30am EST to now)

FYI Missing data has been restored

I just reconnected and the missing data from last night has been restored. I had been missing data from last evening when I shut down my platform until this morning when I started up.
