Large candle - Eurex charts

Hello,

I am currently using NinjaTrader for charting. Whenever I load a Eurex chart, it opens the first candle of the day from 0 all the way upto where it should open. Creating a large candle on open and distorting the view of the chart and making it very hard to navigate. It is getting very annoying.

I have tried reseting the database, reloading the data and still it doesnt solve the problem. I am using a Zen-fire data feed and it is only on Eurex charts. All other charts are fine.

Does anyone have any idea of how I can fix this?
