How to (re)Connect to IB

I'm evaluating data feeds using an NT simulation license. A few weeks ago, I was using IB and then I setup a demo Zenfire connection. Now I want to relook at the IB datafeed again however NT has lost my IB settings and nolonger displays IB as a provider choice in the Add Account Connections wizard. How can I setup NT to recognize IB as the datafeed provider again?
